The staff at Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave oven and a fridge in the room. The hotel's central location was ideal, as it was close to everything I wanted to visit.

Booked a room with smaller full bath. The location was unbeatable, the staff was attentive.

The location of this hotel is great, nestled in a beautiful community and surrounded by a stunning golf course. It's a quiet and relaxing place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still just a short drive to all the attractions in the area, including Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, and VA Beach. The hotel facilities are excellent, with amenities like free laundry machines on each floor and a new putt putt course and splash pad near the pool. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was polite and the bathroom was nice, but the hallway and our room had a strong musty smell. The check-out process was quick and no questions were asked about our stay. The property had a high rating, but the smell was disappointing.

I loved having access to a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and dryer with cookware and kitchen utensils provided. this place exceeded my expectations with so many amenities available for guests to enjoy. The seasonal outdoor pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for a cooler day. The dining restaurant was great, but there were also fantastic picnic areas with snack bars and a coffee shop. The fitness centre was convenient for those wanting to keep up with their routine. The game room and children's play area were exceptional, with children's menus, board games, and even a kids' club! It was wheelchair accessible and had a no-pets allowed policy.
